Self-care is not always pretty or simple, but sometimes just taking a moment to yourself can do more than you would think. Taking a step back, clearing my mind and just having a quiet morning doing things I enjoy doing and that are good for me, help me stay calm and peaceful through all other things that life throws at me throughout the week. My self-care mornings vary, sometimes it’s a face mask and a smoothie, sometimes it’s a morning walk and a favorite tea or even a youtube video and snuggles with my cat. It doesn’t have to be fancy or picture worthy - it just has to be YOU. 💕
